Improving the CerebroCore Experience
You’re prioritizing your cognitive health, and we’re happy you’re being proactive and taking action! Much like working out at the gym, you are exercising your brain and strengthening your cognitive abilities. Getting your workouts in is difficult, so we hope these updates will make it easier for you.
Dashboard is now Training Log
Your Training Log will guide you through your workouts, providing you with the exercises you need based on your evaluation scores. We are your personal brain trainers, outlining your training for the day, and all you need to do is start the workout. It’s a more simplified and structured process, giving you the core workouts you need to see improvement in your brain training.
Earn & Build your Streaks
Consistency is the path to getting the most out of CerebroCore, and to see improvement, your goal should be to exercise your brain for at least 15 minutes a day, 3 times per week. If you achieve that goal, you will earn a streak! As you are more consistent, you’ll see your streaks rise, week by week, and you can feel great knowing you’ve put the work in to achieve results.
Training is easier with our new app
Take advantage of every opportunity to get your brain workout in by downloading our new app on your phone or tablet. You’ll have access to your training log, monitor your streaks, and play all of our games.
CerebroCore Workouts
Our workouts are tailored for every user and are based on your current evaluation score. Each workout will consist of a warm-up with Focused Breathing, and two exercises. Following your workout, you can choose to start another workout or play any game as you wish.
Past scores and evaluations
Our improvements did not remove any of your current scores or assessment data, so all of your information is still available in your account.
